Your role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Administrative Assistant to support our logistics team in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Your profile

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Languages: Dutch and English
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Experience with logistics software or ERP systems is a plus.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
