Qualified candidates must be self motivated and driven for success.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships/rapport with various buyers across the market.
- Onboard additional dealers to grow the existing network
- Manage the sale of inventory across multiple channels (Auctions, Direct Dealerships, Rental companies, etc).
- Inspect vehicle conditions, damage reports, and accident history to strengthen sales decisions.
- Effectively coordinate/collaborate with multiple departments (Reconditioning, Logistics and Accounting).
- Hit weekly targets based on assigned sales requirements.
- Manage vehicle inventory and upload to our e-commerce platform.
Your profile
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience relating to automotive Wholesale and Used vehicle sales
- Experience selling vehicles in a dealership environment is considered a valuable asset,
- Post Secondary Degree (asset)
- OMVIC certification (asset)
- Previous experience with CRM programs and other related software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for automobiles and an adept knowledge of vehicle brands, makes, models and market trends
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and expertly prioritize tasks to optimize output
- Proven experience juggling multiple ongoing projects
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
- Exceptional communication, problem resolution, and customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively as a team player or individual contributor
- Ability to perform at a high level of mental and physical capacity across diverse working conditions
